Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamble ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the software tools we provide to your business. Streamble is operated by Jack Freeman. We built Streamble around a simple principle: your business data belongs to you. This policy describes, in plain terms, what we collect, how it is protected, and what we will and will not do with it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

We only handle the information needed to provide the tools to your business:

• Business data you enter: the records you create using the tools — for example employees, hours worked, jobs, work orders, quotes, materials, and related notes.
• Account information: the email address used to sign in to your account.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies in the tools. We do not collect browsing history, location data, or any personal information beyond what is described above.

3. How your data is protected

• Isolation: each business's data is logically separated so that one customer can never access another customer's data. This separation is enforced at the database level.
• Encryption: data is encrypted in transit (over HTTPS) and at rest by our database provider.
• Access control: data is only accessible by signing in with valid credentials for your business account.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we do not claim to be "unhackable." We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data and will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.

4. What we will never do

• We will never sell your data to anyone.
• We will never share your data with other customers or unrelated third parties.
• We will never use your data to train artificial intelligence systems, and we do not feed your business information into AI tools.
• We will not use your business data for advertising or marketing to third parties.

5. Service providers we rely on

To run the tools, we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers ("sub-processors"). They process data only to provide their service to us, and only as needed to operate the tools:

• Supabase — secure database hosting, where your business data is stored.
• Cloudflare — website and application hosting, and domain delivery.

When you choose to export data to QuickBooks (for example, exporting hours or invoices), that data leaves Streamble only because you have chosen to send it there, and is then handled under Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.

6. When data leaves Streamble

Your data stays within Streamble's tools unless you choose to take it out — for example by exporting a file to QuickBooks, downloading a report, or requesting an export. We do not transmit your business data to outside parties on our own initiative.

7. Your rights over your data

• Export: you can export your data at any time using the tools' export features, or by asking us.
• Correction: you can edit and correct your data directly within the tools.
• Deletion: you can request that we delete your business's data and account. We will do so promptly, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

8. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the tools to you. If you end your service with us, you may request export and deletion of your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tools evolve. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
